Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie


  • 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade if preferred)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)


  1. Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package instructions or your homemade crust requirements.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Press the pie crust into a pie dish and crimp the edges if desired.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pie crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a handful for topping.
  8. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
  10. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake according to the pie crust instructions or until the filling is set.
  11. Once done, let it cool completely before serving.
