Nacho cheese meat rolls


1 cup nacho cheese sauce

½ cup sour cream

1 pound lean ground beef

1 can Rotel (green chili pepper with chopped tomatoes)

½ cup onion, cubed

½ cup chopped green pepper

1 packet taco seasoning mix

4 flour tortillas

Chopped lettuce

Doritos, nacho cheese flavor, crushed


  • Cook the Beef*
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add Vegetables*
  • Add the chopped green pepper and cubed onion to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season the Beef*
  • Stir in the taco seasoning mix and the can of Rotel (do not drain). Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Prepare the Tortillas*
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until they are pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps*
  • Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add a generous spoonful of the beef mixture.
  • Top with a dollop of sour cream.
  • Sprinkle crushed Doritos over the beef mixture.
  • Add some chopped lettuce.
  • Roll the Wraps*
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  • Serve*
  • Serve immediately while the wraps are warm.
