Supreme pork chops with potatoes and sauce


1 can of cream of mushroom soup

4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into thin slices

4 boneless pork chops

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix


  • Preheat Oven*
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Baking Dish*
  • Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer Potatoes*
  • Spread the thinly sliced potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Season Pork Chops*
  • Place the boneless pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  • Mix Soup and Soup Mix*
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the Lipton onion soup mix until well combined.
  • Pour Mixture*
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes, spreading it evenly to cover everything.
  • Bake*
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve*
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot.
