★Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Tenderloin:
Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika if using.
- Wrap with Bacon*
Lay the bacon slices on a cutting board, slightly overlapping.
Place one tenderloin on top of the bacon and roll it tightly, so the bacon wraps around the pork. Repeat with the other tenderloin.
- Prepare the Glaze*
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.
- Bake*
Place the bacon-wrapped tenderloins on a foil-lined baking sheet or pan.
Brush half of the glaze over the top of the bacon-wrapped tenderloins.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Glaze Again*
Remove the pork from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the top.
Return to the oven and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest and Serve*
Let the pork rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides!
Enjoy!
