Easy Classic Crepe Recipe.

★Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup water

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

¼ teaspoon salt

★Instructions

  • Step 1* Mix the Batter
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
  • Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine until smooth.
  • Add the salt and melted butter, and beat until the batter is free of lumps.
  • Step 2* Heat the Pan
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour or scoop about ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each crepe.
  • Tilt the pan in a circular motion to ensure the batter spreads evenly.
  • Step 3* Cook the Crepes
  • Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown.
  • Loosen the edges with a spatula, flip the crepe, and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve your crepes warm with your favorite fillings like fruit, whipped cream, Nutella, or savory ingredients!
