★Instructions
- Step 1* Mix the Batter

- Pour or scoop about ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each crepe.
- Tilt the pan in a circular motion to ensure the batter spreads evenly.
- Step 3* Cook the Crepes
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom is light brown.
- Loosen the edges with a spatula, flip the crepe, and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
