2 cups of milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of butter (optional, for extra creaminess)
200g biscuits (such as tea biscuits or graham crackers)
★Instructions
- Prepare the cream layer
- In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, regular milk, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Place the pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens into a creamy consistency.
- Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the butter (optional) for added richness.
- Layer the dessert
- In a medium dish, pour a layer of the cream mixture.
- Crush the biscuits into small pieces and sprinkle a generous amount over the cream layer.
- Continue layering the cream and biscuits until you’ve used all the cream.
- Finish and chill
- Top the final layer with a thick layer of crushed biscuits.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2-3 hours until set.
