★Instructions

Separate the Eggs:
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into two different bowls.

Beat the Egg Whites:
Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form. This step is crucial for the fluffiness of the omelette.

Prepare the Yolks:
Lightly beat the egg yolks with a pinch of salt. You can also add any desired seasonings or ingredients to the yolks.

Fold the Whites into the Yolks:
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolks, being careful not to deflate the mixture. Use a spatula to combine them slowly.

Heat the Pan:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and melt the butter, coating the pan evenly.

Cook the Omelette:

Flip (Optional):
