Avocado with lemon and parsley

★Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 ripe avocado

A pinch of salt

Optional* black pepper, chili flakes, or garlic powder

★Instructions

Prepare the Avocado* Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Add Fresh Parsley* Finely chop the parsley and add it to the avocado.

Lemon Juice* Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture to add brightness and prevent the avocado from browning.

Season* Add a pinch of salt and any optional seasonings like black pepper or garlic powder to taste.

Mash Together* Mash the ingredients together until smooth or leave it chunky, depending on your preference.

Serve* Serve immediately as a dip, spread, or topping. It’s perfect on toast, with crackers, or as a side for grilled vegetables or proteins.
