After soaking my feet in apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes.

4 cups Warm Water

1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Prepare the Foot Bath* In a basin large enough to soak your feet, mix the warm water with the apple cider vinegar. If desired, add in the baking soda, tea tree oil, and Epsom salt for extra benefits.

Soak Your Feet* Immerse your feet into the bath for about 15-20 minutes. Relax and enjoy the soothing effects while the vinegar works its magic. The apple cider vinegar will help soften the skin, remove dead cells, and balance the pH of your feet.

Shocking Results* After 15 minutes, you may notice softer, smoother feet and feel refreshed! Apple cider vinegar is known for its ability to kill bacteria, remove foot odor, and even help with foot fungus.

Finishing Touch* Once the soak is done, gently pat your feet dry. Use a pumice stone or foot scrub to exfoliate dead skin if needed, and apply a moisturizing lotion or coconut oil to lock in softness.
