★Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or pan.
In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Spread half of this sauce over the meatloaf.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Enjoy!
