1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced

Skewers (wooden or metal)

★Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp* If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.
- Make the Marinade* In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Shrimp* Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let the shrimp marinate for 15-30 minutes in the fridge.
- Assemble the Skewers* Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp to ensure even cooking.
- Grill the Shrimp* Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
- Serve* Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately. These skewers pair beautifully with a fresh salad or rice.
