★Ingredients
1 pound (450g) baby potatoes, halved
1 pound (450g) beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Aluminum foil
★Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), or you can also prepare these on the grill.
Prepare Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cubed steak and halved baby potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, and then season with garlic powder, paprika, thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until well coated.
Assemble Foil Packs: Cut out 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among the sheets. Fold the sides of the foil up and seal them tightly to form packets.
Cook:
In the Oven: Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
On the Grill: Cook the foil packs on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
Garnish and Serve: Once done, carefully open the foil packs and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Enjoy!
