Homemade Avocado Oil
★Ingredients
Fresh ripe avocados (as many as you’d like).
★Instructions
Roast the Avocado: Place the whole avocado directly on the stove flame, as seen in the image. Keep rotating it so that the avocado is evenly heated and the skin becomes slightly charred or softened. This helps extract the oil more easily.
Extract the Oil: Once heated, carefully cut the avocado open. Scoop out the softened flesh and use a clean cloth or sieve to press and extract the oil. You can also use a blender to help mash it up if needed.
Strain and Store: Strain the avocado pulp to collect the oil. Pour the oil into a glass container for storage.
This oil can be used for cooking, or as a skincare or haircare product.
