Golden Milk Recipe for Health and Muscle Support

★Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) of milk (dairy or plant-based like almond or coconut milk)

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger (or fresh grated ginger)

A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee (optional for added creaminess)

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

★Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, but do not let it boil.

Add the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to the milk.

Stir well and let the mixture heat gently for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

If using honey or maple syrup, add it after removing the milk from the heat.

Pour the golden milk into a mug and enjoy warm.
