Lemon garlic and ginger drink

★Ingredients

2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)

1 lemon (juiced)

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

2 cups water

1 inch fresh ginger root (peeled and grated)

A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

★Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by juicing the lemon, mincing the garlic, and grating the ginger.

Boil Water: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Combine Ingredients: Once the water is boiling, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
