Two-layer vanilla and strawberry mousse recipe

★Ingredients

1 can of evaporated milk (400g)

1 can of condensed milk (400g)

1 package of gelatin powder (unflavored)

2 different flavored jello powders (e.g., strawberry and vanilla or lemon)

2 cups of boiling water

1 cup of cold water

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yellow Layer:

Dissolve the yellow or vanilla-flavored jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water.

Stir in ½ cup of cold water and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

In a blender, mix half of the condensed milk and evaporated milk with the yellow jello mixture until smooth.

Pour this yellow mixture into a glass dish and place it in the fridge to set (about 1-2 hours).

  1. Prepare the Pink Layer:

Once the yellow layer has set, dissolve the pink or strawberry-flavored jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water.

Stir in ½ cup of cold water and let it cool slightly.

In a blender, mix the remaining condensed milk and evaporated milk with the pink jello mixture until smooth and fluffy.

Gently pour this pink mixture over the set yellow layer.

  1. Chill:

Refrigerate for another 2-3 hours or until fully set.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
