★Ingredients

1/2 bell pepper (green, yellow, or red)

1 cucumber

250 ml vinegar

1/2 small onion

1 teaspoon celery seeds

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 tablespoon salt

★Instructions

  • Prepare the Pickling Liquid

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, salt, sugar, celery seeds, and mustard seeds.

Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil, then remove from heat and allow to cool.

  • Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.
