Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

★Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 ripe banana (for sweetness and binding)

1 cup milk (or any milk alternative)

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1 teaspoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

Oil or butter for cooking

★Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the oats, milk, banana, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky for more texture.
  2. Preheat Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  3. Cook Pancakes: Pour a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup) onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  4. Serve: Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite toppings like honey, maple syrup, or fresh fruit.
