No-Bake Pecan Cream Pie

★Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust (graham cracker or pastry crust)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus extra for topping

1 1/2 cups cold milk

★Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: If using a pastry crust, bake it according to package instructions and let it cool completely. If using a graham cracker crust, it’s ready to use as is.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract, vanilla pudding mix, and cold milk, mixing until smooth and thick.
  4. Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream and chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Assemble: Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust. Sprinkle extra chopped pecans on top.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve: Slice and enjoy this creamy, nutty dessert!
