Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

★Ingredients

200g peeled prawns

300g cooked jasmine rice

1 onion

2 eggs

1 carrot

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons soy sauce

50g peas

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon fish sauce

Salt and pepper

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

★Instructions

Dice the onion, chop the garlic, and cut the carrot into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until golden brown.

Add the carrots and peas, cooking for about 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.

Push the vegetables and shrimp to one side of the wok. Crack the eggs into the open space, stirring them until scrambled.

Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix everything together well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
