Delicious peanut butter chocolate

★Ingredients

Paper muffin liners

1 tsp oil (vegetable or coconut)

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

¼ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

Sea salt (optional)

Steps

  • Prepare Molds* Separate muffin liners and set them aside.
  • Melt Chocolate*Mix chocolate chips and oil, heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir occasionally.
  • Form Cups* Add a spoonful of melted chocolate to each liner, spreading it up the sides to form a cup. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Make Filling* Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  • Assemble* Remove the chocolate cups from the freezer, spoon in peanut butter mixture, and spread melted chocolate on top. Tap the tray to remove air bubbles.
  • Optional* Sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor.
  • Freeze* Freeze for another 15-20 minutes to set.
  • Serve or Store* Once solid, remove from liners. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
  • Feel free to experiment with different chocolates or add chopped nuts for extra crunch!
