★Ingredients
1 cup raw honey (preferably organic)
8–10 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled and slightly crushed)
★Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic:
Peel the garlic cloves and slightly crush them with the side of a knife to release their natural oils and enhance their health properties.
- Combine the Ingredients:
Place the garlic cloves in a clean, dry jar.
Pour the raw honey over the garlic, ensuring the cloves are fully submerged.
- Seal and Store:
Seal the jar tightly with a lid.
Let the jar sit at room temperature for 3–5 days to allow the garlic to infuse into the honey. You can gently flip the jar daily to ensure the garlic is evenly coated.
- Use:
After 5 days, your honey-soaked garlic is ready! Store it in the refrigerator for longer preservation.
Eat 1–2 garlic cloves and a spoonful of honey each day to boost your immune system. You can also add it to warm water or tea.
Benefits:
Garlic: Rich in antioxidants and sulfur compounds, garlic strengthens the immune system and has antibacterial and antiviral properties.
Honey: Packed with antioxidants, honey also has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, making it a natural immune booster.
Enjoy!
