Croissant bites with sausage and cream cheese

★Ingredients

1 package (8 oz or 225g) cream cheese, softened

1 lb (450g) ground sausage

2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred cheese)

Instructions

Preheat Oven*
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Sausage*
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it is fully cooked and browned. Drain any excess grease.

Combine Ingredients*
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Prepare Crescent Rolls*
Open the cans of crescent rolls and separate the dough into individual triangles.

Fill and Roll*
Place about a tablespoon of the sausage and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.

Bake*
Place the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.

Serve*
