Grilled chicken thighs with BBQ sauce recipe

★Ingredients

1 cup thick & hearty barbecue sauce

4 chicken leg quarters (skinless)

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. chili pepper

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Aluminum foil

★Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Marinade* In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, ground cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, chili pepper, kosher salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Marinate Chicken* Marinate the chicken leg quarters in the mixture for 15 minutes.

Prepare Baking Sheet* Place a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.

Wrap Chicken* Place the marinated chicken leg quarters on the foil and wrap tightly, ensuring there are no openings.

Bake: Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.

Glaze and Serve* Remove from the oven, unwrap, and spoon the remaining sauce over the chicken until a glaze forms. Serve hot.
