Slow roasted pork ribs with a great cola taste


2 racks of pork ribs

1 can (12 ounces) Coca-Cola

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste


Season the ribs with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix together Coca-Cola, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the Coca-Cola mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush them with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
