Preheat the oven* Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the breading mixture* In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the egg wash* In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Coat the pork chops* Dip each pork chop into the egg wash, making sure both sides are well-coated. Then press the pork chop into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
Arrange in the baking dish* Place the breaded pork chops in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the pork chops to help them crisp up in the oven.
Bake* Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
Garnish and serve* Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Enjoy!
