- Prepare the Pork Chops*
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

- Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.

- Return the pork chops to the skillet, ensuring they are covered with the sauce.
- Continue cooking until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Finish and Serve*
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes.
