Supreme pork chops


Salt and pepper

Pork chops

Olive oil

Garlic, minced

Onion, chopped

Chicken broth

White wine (optional)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Heavy cream


  • Prepare the Pork Chops*
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce*
  • In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.
  • Pour in chicken broth and white wine (if using), scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Let the liquid reduce slightly, then stir in heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  • Combine and Cook*
  • Return the pork chops to the skillet, ensuring they are covered with the sauce.
  • Continue cooking until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Finish and Serve*
  • Let the dish rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve with mashed or scalloped potatoes, vibrant vegetables, or a refreshing salad.
