Creamy and cheesy chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Reduce heat to medium-low, then pour in heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden brown.
