★Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface, and press the seams together to form a single sheet.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Starting from the long side, roll up the dough tightly to form a log.
Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with enough milk to reach your desired consistency
