Delicious mozzarella cheese biscuit bombs

12 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)

1 container of chilled biscuit dough (16 oz.)

4 tablespoons melted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan.

Open the container of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit dough piece with your hands.

Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely, forming a ball.

Place each ball seam-side down into the greased muffin pan.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
