Delicious meat recipe with black pepper

★Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 onion, sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed

Salt to taste

1/4 cup beef broth

★Instructions

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and crushed black peppercorns to the skillet. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

Serve hot over steamed rice.

Enjoy!
