- 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, cut into cubes
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- 1 can (14 ounces) chopped tomatoes, drained

★Directions
- Cook the Yellow Rice*
- Prepare the yellow rice according to the package instructions and set it aside.
- Season the Meat and Seafood*
- Season the steak strips and shrimp with the mixed spices (jerk seasoning).
- Cook the Steak*
- In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium to high heat.
- Add the steak slices and fry until they are cooked through and browned on both sides.
- Remove the cooked steak from the pan and set it aside.
- Cook the Vegetables*
- In the same pan, add the red and yellow peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Sauté the vegetables until they are tender.
- Cook the Shrimp*
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan with the vegetables.
- Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Combine Ingredients*
- Add the drained chopped tomatoes to the pan.
- Return the cooked steak slices to the pan.
- Mix everything together and cook for a few more minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve*
- Serve the steak, shrimp, and vegetable mixture over the cooked yellow rice.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
