Easy chocolate fudge recipe

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups (540g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans)
  • Pinch of salt


Prepare the Pan* Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving some overhang to lift the fudge out later. Lightly grease the lining with butter or non-stick spray.

Melt the Ingredients* In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low to medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
