Preheat Oven★ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients★ In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Combine Wet Ingredients★ In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and minced garlic.

Combine Wet and Dry★ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

Fill Muffin Tin★ Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.
