Delicious garlic baked goods in 10 minutes


1 tbsp baking powder

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

1 large egg

2 tbsp sugar

¾ cup milk

1 tsp garlic powder

⅓ cup vegetable oil

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat Oven★ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

Mix Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Combine Wet Ingredients In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk, vegetable oil, garlic powder, and minced garlic.

Combine Wet and Dry★ Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.

Add Cheese and Parsley Gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.

Fill Muffin Tin Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ⅔ full.

Bake★ Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
