1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
4 cups watermelon, cut into cubes or wedges

- Prepare the Watermelon*
- Cut the watermelon into cubes or wedges, removing the seeds if necessary. Place the watermelon pieces in a large bowl.
- Add Feta and Herbs*
- Add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint, and chopped basil to the bowl with the watermelon.
- Prepare the Onion*
- Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
- Make the Dressing*
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Combine and Season*
- Drizzle the dressing over the watermelon mixture. Gently toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
